FBR-ELPO S.p.A. acquired the 90% of the shareholdings of Logicon s.r.l., thus becoming the majority shareholder of the Company based in Alseno.
The transaction was concluded in order to diversify the products currently offered and, at the same time, to strengthen the presence of FBR ELPO in the packaging market.
