Information on the processing of personal data

This policy is also based on the principles of “Recommendation n. 2/2001” adopted on May 17th 2001 by the European Authorities for personal data protection, assembled in the Group set up by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/CE, to specify some minimum requirements concerning the collection of personal data on-line and particularly the conditions, times and nature of the information data controllers should provide users when visiting this web site for whatever reason.

By visiting this site, personal data about identified or identifiable people may be processed.
The Data Controller is FBR-ELPO S.p.A., with registered office in Parma, Via Arnaldo da Brescia 12/A.
The data protection officer (DPO) has not been identified since FBR-ELPO does not process data of natural persons referring to the definition of art.37 of European Regulation GDPR 2016/679.
The data processing related to the services of this site is carried out at the Data Controller’s above mentioned office and is cared for only by inner technical personnel, or by eventual staff in charge of occasional maintenance.
Any personal data provided by users who request for the access to the offered services is only used to execute the requested services and is communicated to third parties only if necessary.
Personal data is processed with automated systems for the time necessary to get the purposes for which it has been collected.
Specific safety measures are taken to avoid data loss, unlawful or improper uses and unauthorized access.
Except as specified for navigation data, users are free to provide personal data reported on the request form to the Data Controller to have access to the offered services.
If users fail to provide such personal data they may not get the information requested.
Personal data concerning the processing at issue shall be in no way communicated to third parties.

NAVIGATION DATA
The information systems and the software procedures, set for the functioning of this site, acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified subjects, but it might lead to users’ identification after being processed and connected to data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP address or the domain name of the computers used by the users who visit the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, size of the answering file, numerical code indicating the response status given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and the computing environment.
This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistic information on the use of the site and to control its correct functioning and it is immediately deleted after being processed.
The data might be used to establish liability in case of hypothetical computing crimes against the site.
DATA SUPPLIED BY USERS VOLUNTARILY
The optional, explicit or voluntary sending of e-mails or any other data using the forms or the eventual addresses indicated in the site involves the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to the requests, as well as any other eventual personal data included in the message.

Personal data will be processed by means of computerized tools only for the necessary time to achieve the purpose for which it has been collected.

Users are entitled to request the cancellation, anonymousness or block of the data that is being processed unlawfully as well as to raise legitimate objections to its processing.
